Canoe trip in Soomaa

We will meet at Karuskos and guide you to the best waterways of the moment. If you wish, you can warm up in the sauna after the hike and/or order food from the Red Book Restaurant
The guided hike lasts about 2.5 hours. The price of a guided hike is €50, and after the hike you can warm up in the Karuskos sauna with a snow hole.
When hiking on your own, we provide canoeing equipment and instructions. €30 for an adult and €20 for a school-age child. If you wish, you can get a sauna for 10€/person. When registering, use the discount coupon OWN

PRICES
The price of a 2.5-hour hike with a hiking guide is €50 for an adult and €30 for a child over 7 years old. This fee includes canoe equipment (oar, boat, safety vest), use of sauna, tour guide service and organization of logistics, tea break. If you have your own equipment, the fee for participating in the hike is €30.
You can make reservations for your group and the minimum number of participants is 6 and the maximum number of people in canoes is 30.
For hiking on your own, the price of renting a canoe is €30 for an adult and €15 for a child over 5 years old. The price of renting a kayak is €50. In case of renting, the equipment can be obtained from Karuskos and it must be returned to Karuskos unless otherwise agreed.
Suurvee sauna is located on the Karuskos lake and is a Finnish sauna that can accommodate up to 8 people at the same time, and the price of the sauna separately is €30/30 minutes, €60 an hour.
WHAT TO BRING
Please bring:
personal drinking water or a warm drink with a thermos
spare clothes
rubber boots should be worn
wind and waterproof clothes would be suitable
For those who have planned to stay in the sauna, a sauna towel and, if desired, swimwear.
WHERE TO COME
We will meet in Karuskos before the hike, Waze and Google maps will guide you there, please leave your car in the Ingats hiking trail parking lot, it is located at the end of the road and from there it is a few steps to us.
